Richmond Adult Community Mental Health Team

A multi-disciplinary team that helps people learn to cope with the challenges of living with mental illness and to learn skills to improve their ability to do activities in the community.
The Richmond Adult Mental Health Team provides a multi-disciplinary team approach. Helps people learn to cope with the challenges of living with mental illness and to learn skills to improve their ability to do activities in the community.
Services include:
  • Assessment and consultation
  • Medication treatment and management
  • Supportive counselling
  • Education
  • Rehabilitation services
  • Referral and linking to community resources and emergency services
  • Discharge planning and/or links to other community resources
    Healthcare providers who see patients at the clinic include Clinical counsellors, Dietitians, Nurses, Occupational therapists, Psychiatric nurses, Psychiatrists, and Social workers.
