Travel for concession fares in the TransLink area for individuals with a permanent physical and/or cognitive disability.
For transit users with a permanent physical or cognitive disability who live within the TransLink service area, HandyCard allows for travel at concession fare rates on the bus, SkyTrain, SeaBus and West Coast Express.
HandyCard holders that are accompanied by someone who is assisting the HandyCard holder can ride for free. HandyCard can't be used on HandyDart.
To sign up individuals will need to complete and sign
the application form. A section of the forms will need to be completed by a family doctor (or a senior official in a recognized social service or health agency) to complete the application and be accepted
Mail the completed application to the Access Transit Customer Care Office, along with two recent photographs as specified in the application form. Or submit by email to the address below.
