Dietitian Outpatient Clinic - Vancouver Coastal Health

Adult outpatient dietitian services provided by Vancouver Coastal Health authority.
The clinic provides nutrition education and counselling with a Registered Dietitian for complex therapeutic nutrition interventions and/or conditions where two or more co-morbidities impact nutritional health. The dietitian can help patients who are dealing with the challenges of Crohn's disease, Celiac disease, irritable bowel (including FODMAP treatment), ulcerative colitis, post-surgical nutrition issues, and/or malnutrition. Clients will be booked for a one-hour session with a Registered Dietitian; limited follow-up appointments may be offered at the dietitian's discretion for more complicated nutrition issues.

Eligibility:Adults who reside in Vancouver
Physicians, NPs, and dietitians should refer patients using the referral form.

Hours of operation: Tuesday, alt Wednesday, and Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
