Referrals are accepted for:
Paediatric home care for nursing and nursing support services.
Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy for school-aged consultative services.
Acute Episodic Intervention for OT and PT available for clients aged 5-19 eg. post-op / post-discharge, support for transition back to community.
We see clients (0-19 years) mainly in their homes and at school. Acceptance to service is dependent on meeting service criteria.

Pacific Spirit Community Health Centre - 2110 W 43rd Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6M 2E1
Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Closed for lunch between 12:00PM to 12:30PM.
Wheelchair accessible.
Service is available in English.
