Provides short-term counselling for children and youth in hospital emergency rooms and psychiatric units. For residents in Vancouver.
Provides short-term counselling for children and youth in hospital emergency rooms and psychiatric units. Transition planning to community-based mental health services provided as needed. Services include: Assessment, Treatment, Consultation, Therapy (individual, group, and family therapy) and Psychopharmacological treatment, day programs and parent education.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Eligibility: Serves residents of Vancouver aged 5-18

In Vancouver
To access child and youth mental health services in Vancouver, call 604-675-3895.
In North Vancouver and West Vancouver
Intake is done in person at the Ministry for Children and Family office at 301-224 West Esplanade, North Vancouver BC, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM.
On the Sea to Sky and Sunshine Coast
Child and youth mental health services are operated by the Ministry for Children and Family Development. Contact a Child and Youth Mental Health Office outside of Vancouver directly.
