Jump Step - Exercise For The Treatment Of Depression

An exercise program for individuals living with depression or experiencing a mood disorder.
Jump Step is a physical activity program for the treatment of depression and anxiety. In each of the eight weekly sessions, there are a variety of fun physical activities with a physical therapist, combined with positive and encouraging group discussions about exercise and wellness. The new reconfigured program will consist of eight 2 hour virtual sessions via Zoom, and includes two introductory Yoga sessions. Free exercise band and yoga mat supplied by Jump Step!

Interested individuals should be:
  • Between the ages of 18 and 70
  • Do not have an injury or medical condition preventing you from safely participating
  • Able to commit to the full eight weeks
